Spring Quarter Convocation

530th Convocation

Saturday, June 10, 2017

Convocation at the University of Chicago brings together all facets of our community to celebrate students’ academic and intellectual accomplishments.

The 530th Convocation will take place June 10, 2017 and will be located on the Main Quadrangle of the University of Chicago campus.  This is a university-wide ceremony involving degree candidates from all divisions and schools.   This ceremony will include a presentation of honorary degrees, an address from the Convocation Speaker, and the university president will verbally confer degrees to candidates by division and school. The ceremony will take place rain or shine.

Join the University's degree candidates, families and friends, faculty, deans, officers, Trustees, provost, and president in recognizing our students and their achievements. Find information about Convocation events, ticketing, maps, visiting Chicago, and more on these pages, or contact us at convocation@uchicago.edu for additional information.
