Spring Quarter Convocation
515th Convocation Ceremony
Saturday, June 15, 2013

The 515th Convocation will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at 9:15 a.m. and will be held outdoors (rain or shine) on the University’s Main Quadrangle. All candidates will participate in this ceremony, during which the president will verbally confer degrees to groups of candidates by degree type and academic program. Divisions and schools will hold separate ceremonies or receptions at which degree candidates will receive their diplomas individually from their deans. The President will continue the longstanding practice of directly presenting diplomas to each graduate of the College.

Saturday, June 15
7:00 a.m. Main Quadrangle opens
8:15 - 8:55 a.m. Degree candidates assemble in designated areas
9:00 a.m. All guests are requested to be in their seats
9:15 a.m. 515th Convocation, Main Quadrangle
11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Schedules for division and school lunches, receptions, and ceremonies can be found here.
Tickets
Tickets are not required for the 515th Convocation on Saturday, June 15, 2013, though they may be required for division and school ceremonies. Please check with your individual school for more details.
