Candidate Line-up
Candidates may begin to line up at 11:45 p.m. Please report to the first floor of the Gerald Ratner Athletics Center, 5530 S. Ellis Avenue. At the Ratner Center, you will pick-up your marching card, which indicates your location in the line to march. Because significant time is required for the candidates to line up, those not in line by 12:15 p.m., will NOT be permitted to march and participate in Convocation. Please note that all degree candidates are required to wear a cap and gown.

Please be aware that there is NO secure place to leave any personal and/ or valuable
items. The University is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Guests are NOT permitted in the candidate line-up area nor are they allowed to march or sit in the graduate seating area.

Guest Tickets
Tickets will not be issued for this ceremony. General admission seating will be available on a first-come first-served basis. We encourage guests to arrive early. Children must be accompanied by a parent or other adult who will be responsible for their behavior during the ceremony and will escort them from their seats if necessary.

Immediately following the ceremony the Graduate School of Business will host a reception for all graduates, family, friends and the faculty.
The location is the Charles M. Harper Center, 5807 S. Woodlawn Avenue.
