501st Convocation Ceremony
Location for ceremony: Rockefeller Memorial Chapel
December 11, 2009
2:00 p.m.
Degree candidates assemble at 12:45 p.m. in the Cloister Club, Ida Noyes Hall, 1212 East 59th Street.
Tickets:
Each degree candidate who is participating in Convocation is entitled to a total of four guest tickets. Requests for extra tickets should be made as early as possible through your Dean of Students Office. Tickets may be picked up by the graduating candidate at their Dean of Students Office beginning Monday, December 7, 2009 (The College beginning Tuesday, December 8, 2009).
All guests, including children of all ages, are required to have a ticket. Children must be accompanied by a parent or other person who will be responsible for their behavior during the ceremony. Due to limited space at the Chapel, we request that you do not bring strollers for your children.
