In order to participate in Convocation, degree candidates must have satisfied all curricular requirements and passed all prescribed examinations before the deadlines published by the Registrar. No exceptions will be made.

Candidates for a degree must file an application to graduate no later than the beginning of the quarter in which the degree is to be conferred. Applications for non-Booth students should be completed on-line at the cMore web site (https://cmore.uchicago.edu/authenticate.phtml). Students who are not currently active must apply through their area Dean of Students office. Booth students should apply through the Chicago Booth.

Degree applications which are cancelled--for any reason--after the end of the first week of the quarter will incur a $50 Degree Cancellation Fee assessed to the student's account with the Bursar.
