2:00 p.m. Candidate line-up is in the Cloister Club,
Ida Noyes Hall, 1212 East 59th Street.
 
2:15 p.m. Rockefeller Memorial Chapel opens for
guest seating. ALL guests MUST have a ticket.
 
3:00 p.m. Ceremony begins - Rockefeller Memorial Chapel
 
4:30 p.m. Post-Convocation Celebrations

All graduates and their guests are invited to a reception immediately following the ceremony at Ida Noyes Hall, 1212 East 59th Street, Cloister Club.

The Graduate School of Business will hold a reception at the Charles M. Harper Center, 5807 S. Woodlawn Avenue.

The School of Social Service Administration will hold their hooding ceremony and reception at the SSA Library, 969 E. 60th Street.

 

Candidate Line-up
Candidates may begin to line up at 2:00 p.m. Please report to the Cloister Club inside Ida Noyes Hall, 1212 East 59th Street. At the Cloister Club, you will pick-up your marching card, which indicates your place in the procession. Candidates not in line by 2:25 p.m., will NOT be permitted to march and participate in Convocation.

Please be aware that there is NO secure place to leave any personal and/ or valuable
items. The University is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Guest Tickets
Each degree candidate is entitled to a total of three guest tickets. Requests for extra tickets should be made as early as possible through your Dean of Students Office. You must pick up tickets (in person only) in your Dean of Students Office. They will be available beginning Monday, March 17. (Tuesday, March 18 for the College.)

All guests, including children of all ages, are required to have a ticket. Children must be accompanied by a parent or other person who will be responsible for their behavior during the ceremony and will escort them from the Chapel if necessary.

A real-time broadcast of the ceremony will be shown in Max Palevsky Cinema, in Ida Noyes Hall, 1212 East 59th Street on a first come/first served basis; no ticket is required.
