Candidate Lineup

We look forward to welcoming candidates to the University-wide Ceremony. Please find below important information for your arrival.

Arrival

Please arrive at your designated lineup location between 8:00 a.m.- 8:45 a.m.
To guarantee participation in the procession, please be in your line by 8:45 a.m. The procession lines begin to move at 9:00 a.m. in anticipation of the ceremony start.

Attire

Please arrive dressed in your academic regalia.

The College:

College candidates will line up for the procession at Bartlett Quad. Entrances to the lineup area are located on the northwest and southwest paths of Bartlett Quadrangle. The recommended drop off area for candidates is 1100 E. 56th Street and 1141 E. 57th Street.

Divisions and Schools:

Divisions and Schools candidates will line up for the procession at Harper Quadrangle. Entrance to the lineup area is available through Harper Memorial Library, 1116 E. 59th Street. Candidates will proceed through the building and into Harper Quadrangle to locate their Division or School. The recommended drop off area for candidates is the intersection of S. Woodlawn Avenue and E. 59th Street.
