Guest Entrances and Processions

Two entrances are available on South Ellis Avenue between East 57th and East 59th Street.

  • Guests for the College should utilize the North entrance.

  • Guests for Divisions and Schools should utilize the South entrance.

Guests should be in their seats by 8:45 a.m., as the sidewalks will be closed in preparation for the procession at 9:00 a.m.

Accessibility and Accommodations Entrance

The accessibility and accommodations entrance, which is open to all guests, is located at East 59th Street and South University Avenue. This entrance is only available from East 59th Street.

The accommodation’s entrance is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation’s drop off point at 59th Street and University Avenue.

A limited number of golf carts will be available to transport guests with limited mobility from the drop off point to the security check point. From the security check point, guests are allowed entry to the accommodation’s entrance.

Indoor viewing will be available in Bond Chapel, Kent Hall, and Pick Hall.

All restroom locations indicated on the map will have an accessible restroom available. 

Guest Services and Vendors

  • Welcome Center tents are located in the northwest and southwest sections of the Main Quadrangle.

  • First Aid tents are located in the northwest section of the Main Quadrangle and near the East Entrance to the Main Quadrangle.

  • Cold, filtered water is available throughout the Main Quadrangle.

  • Floral vendors are stationed near the 3 guest entrances and inside of the Main Quadrangle in the northwest and southwest sections.
